CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY SCHEME (CIS).
At Ambro Consulting, we offer a range of accountancy services for people working within the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). Our clients include both CIS contractors and subcontractors.The scheme covers most construction work, including preparing the site, plastering walls, roofing, plumbing, electrical work and building work.
Registered self-employed individual working as a contractor within the construction industry are required by law to register for the scheme and make appropriate payments to HMRC. Subcontractors are encouraged to register for the scheme as unregistered subcontractors are liable for a higher rate of tax contributions.

Your yearend account is very important if you wish to raise finance for your business or do a mortgage application. The Companies house also requires you to file abbreviated accounts within 9 months of the accounting year end if you are an incorporated company.
At Ambro Consulting, we give you our commitment to prepare and file your year end accounts before the deadline provided you give us your accounting documents (bank statements, customer invoices, supplier invoices and expenses’ receipts) at least 60 days ahead of the deadline for filing.
